For anybody that enjoys my style of photography or the way my eyes try to make nothing, into something - you are invited to follow me on Instagram. I'm still quite new there but I've amassed over one-hundred photographs all taken with my HTC Evo. I really like the program as it is an interesting way for me to gather all the things I see from a mobile standpoint and keep it separate from my main gallery. For exclusive photography only posted on my Instagram - follow me using my name: David Joseph Gall.

I just renewed my domain name and added a hosting package. Previously my website was run by me, although, it was never fully completed because I'm an indecisive artist. So for the past few years I've linked it to Deviant Art's web templates which has been great but doesn't allow me to customize the way I'd like. The new website is under construction this moment.

Comfort can be a dangerous thing to aspirations. Depending on how large they are. Sometimes it takes a sledgehammer and bad morals to hurt you, and break you down, in order for you to see more clearly. I've recently been hurt, betrayed, or cornered. These things made me feel depressed, alone, then upset, angry, and finally - determined. There are things I've put off for far too long.

There are new opportunities for me on the horizon, and I'm diving in fearless.

Tapping the vast potential of my new equipment. Saving for even more. Toying with new Photoshop and Vegas programs. I find the new layouts and features incredibly easy. Finding my routine among time spent catching up on other media. So much time is needed for projects and planning. Very little time to enjoy what it is I aim to do myself. Back in the groove. Aiming for a post a day. Building the momentum. Getting my feet off the ground. And the film rolling.

I'm starting a blog. I've said this in the past before but there was never any progress. I've also tried updating the journal on this site on a regular basis, but that seemed to fall through as well. I also find this journal to be slightly less personal than a blog at my own domain. I guess it works out for some, or most people. So that's good.

I've already completed some banners for advertising, a logo, slogan, and graphics for it. I'm going to be opening it soon as soon as I host my website on another site. I own my domain but I've been hosting through Deviant Art. Their templates are really nice and clean and I'm going to continue to use them for now, until my blog is finished. Then I'm sure time and a need for change will cause me to dust off Dreamweaver and get cracking on another hand-made website. I've made many in the past but I was always indecisive and wanted to change everything before I was even finished. Things have changed. These days I know what I want. I know my style. And that has changed everything.

Stay tuned for updates on my brand new camera. It's coming and she's a beauty.
